Best Sports Tighten Thighs


Toned thighs and buttocks of many dream of most of us. But there is no gain without. Regular exercise is to train the muscles in the front and rear thighs and buttocks of emotion running so you get the best results.

According to the Live Strong, as reported on Friday (09/19/2014) there are at least two easy exercise you can do. Get toned thighs and buttocks with the two following sports:







- Running
Sports in Indonesia that is a trend this can burn fat in the buttocks and thighs. Movement makes the muscles running around part of the work that makes so much faster. If you do it regularly three times a week for 45 to 60 minutes, in a matter of months the results will be visible.

- Squat
Squat is a sport that is not membtuhkan tool altogether. It only takes consistency to do this movement. The trick, open your legs shoulder width apart, place the right hand on the left side of the head, always keep your back straight. Slowly lower your body down by bending the knees and thighs parallel to the floor when stopped. Simple is not it? Originally done regularly, the muscles of the thigh are trained so even louder.
